Over the past three days I've only noticed a female at the feeder. There have been several chases...more than one hummingbird and movement so rapid it's impossible to notice if they were males. I figure they were but I can't verify that.
So for now, it appears that a female is staying around awhile longer. Not sure about the males sighted earlier in the summer. Could they have already gone?
