Yesterday, 08/26/11 in the early a.m. was our last sighting of a male hummingbird. We had noticed how plump several of them had become days before. We have 7 feeders and have fed up to 20 birds this summer. There are only females feeding now. Hope they are flying West of hurricane Irene. We will miss them a lot!
