Saw a female monarch this afternoon,haven't seen any here since June.What a welcome sight.We're having winds from the north 5 to 10 mph.
We are located in the middle of farmland & we are in a drought.There are not many nectar sources in this area.
The monarch wasn't laying eggs, but was feeding a lot.Hopefully she'll hang around & get her fill.
