The monarchs were everywhere! As I pulled into the driveway, I saw 3 monarchs fluttering around my butterfly bush. As I walked closer there were 9 of them! I walked behind the garage and 4 flew off the pine tree. I decided to walk to a more sheltered area of the yard and saw 12 -14 more monarchs in the black walnut trees. It seemed they were looking for a place to roost. More than 25 monarchs, oh how I wished for more!
