Wow! 4 monarchs nectaring on one Autumn Joy Sedum cluster of flowerbuds, along with a White Admiral butterfly {and many bees} at 5:30 pm today, in direct sunlight. I am vacationing on an island in the Stillwater Reservoir of the Beaver River flowage in the western Adirondack Mountains of (upstate) New York state.
