Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 09/02/2011

Number: 1

The past few years we have noticed that the Hummers are loving and really prefer the flower Salvia Black and Blue. They have been feeding on it all Summer. Sometimes days can pass and no one uses the feeder. It makes me wonder if we aren't getting different birds much earlier than I would have thought on their way South. Our visitor was here all day - dawn to dusk - eating flower nectar and sugar water.
