Since hurricane Irene has passed through here the activity at my feeders have decreased. I have seen only four ruby throated hummingbirds at my feeders today both male and female. I usually have hummers at my feeders through the end of October and sometimes into November depending on the weather. I will keep a couple of feeders out through migration as I usually have a couple stop on their way south.
