I am currently following 57 monarch chrysali on my farm on which I have specific monarch habitat gardens. From 8/19 to 9/3, I have observed a 75% successful eclosure rate.

I observe a range of 40-50 monarchs on my nectar source plants per day.

Our weather has been extremely hot and no rain for six weeks. I provide a safe water source, nectar/host plants and roosting areas. which are all being heavily used by not only monarchs but other species.

Monarchs historically begin migration from my area in the third week of September. I hope to observe and record any events.
