Today a three winged Monarch came by and stayed around l/2 hour, not shy one bit. The exciting thing was we found THIRTEEN Monarch caterpillars in different stages on our milkweed plants in flower beds in the back yard.
We kept 7 and gave 6 to our three grandchildren. Since both we and our daughter's property have milkweed plants, we will feed them til they go into their chrysalis stage.
How exciting is that?
