There were as many as 3 hummingbirds coming at once to my feeders today. I was able to distinguish a total of 7 different individuals using the feeders, because they are window feeders allowing close observation. There were 2 adult male hummers, an adult female, 3 immature males (with white-tipped forked tails), and an immature female (smaller, and with shorter beak than adult).
