While visiting Thomas Jefferson's Monticello in mid-August, saw what was only my second monarch of the summer nectaring some tropical milkweed growing in an oval-shaped garden to the side of the house. The butterfly and flower matched exquisitely...I shall send along a lovely photo to illustrate:-)
