Female hummers are still here as of today. There are around 3 to 4. Put in a new annual vine, new to our area anyway, called cardinal vine. Fisrt time I ever saw this plant was on a garden tour in England and I fell in love with it. To my delight our local nursery carried it this year. Beautiful little red trumpet shaped flowers and the hummers love it.
