So far I've not seen any Monarchs, but have had many Painted Lady butterflies.
Our drought situation is so severe here in Texas (worst in 50 years)with hundreds of wildfires. I pray the Monarchs will not suffer due to the Texas drought.
We have kept our yard, with its butterfly-friendly plants, well watered. Hopefully the Monarchs and other butterflies can be sustained properly. The Monarchs and all creatures are in God's care through this stressful time.
