One solitary female over the weekend nervously checking out feeders. rain and cold last two days and no hummingbird. I watched the feeders for most of the last two days and while I usually have lots of activity rain or shine, nothing. So I am assuming that they have all started moving. Last year a group left on Sept 15. It was a dramatic event as they spent all the day before and the morning of the 15th swarming the feeders and checking me out as I made a point of being among them. gone now.
