I have at least 20 birds between my 7 feeders this morning. Most are female and most are slim birds like they have migrated from elsewhere and are stopping here to bulk up for the next leg of the journey. I mix my sugar water 3 parts of water to 1 part sugar so always have a lot of hummingbirds. I also have red sage,petunias and trumpet vines, as well as a vegetable garden I have seen the birds in.
