We had 12-15 all summer, but are seeing more than 20 now...they are so fast that it's hard to be accurate. They seem to be more friendly this week and I was able to tell, as they were landing on the feeders as I was hanging them, that we do have more ruby-throats than I had noticed before. They are young ones, and from a distance the ruby feathers don't show up well. The ruby feathers are in a thin line rather than a wide line, so am assuming they are not very old.
