Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 09/10/2011

Number: 11

I was out of town for a few days and figured the hummingbird feeders would be empty when I came back (sucked dry by hornets). A few were, but it seems that most of the hornets left (or were eaten?) while I was gone.I counted eleven hummingbirds while I cleaned and refilled the feeders this morning (four female Anna's, six male Anna's, and one juvenal male rufous).
