I never saw more than 2 at a time, but behaviors changed, and I think some were birds who know this yard and went straight to the usually chosen flowers. Other birds were tentative at the feeder and explored around the yard like first timers. It was an active day with some hummers in view at least 15 minutes of every hour on average.
