Signs of Fall

Date: 09/12/2011

Number: 1

I got up this morning to at least 25 maybe 30 Prothonotary Warblers buzzing around like bees into all of the different bushes in the yard. Some looked like they were bathing. It was really something to see and an experience I have never witnessed in my 30 plus years of watching birds. What fun. Last week I had a black and white warbler with a few prothonotary warblers but not like today. Wonders of fall migration.
