Monarch migration underway in triangle

In wake and durham county the migrants are starting to show up. After zero adults and nothing but larva the past week and a half I saw a fresh one tracking SW across the main body of Falls Lake this morning. My milkweed is suffering and monarch numbers were a little low, but that usually never effects migrant numbers in my area.

Time to break out the nets and tags!!!
