Hummingbird and Monarch Butterflys, Amaze me.I guess that s why we spend so much, Time and money jn the garden. I have been watching and counting the hummer activity a lot this time of the year. I noticed 2 Monarch Butterflys fluttering around in the gardens yesterday.I,plant and replant plants that i grow from clippings,seed ect, 3 times a year.Spring, summer,and Early Early fall.Right now,I have 5 varities of salvia, cardniel vines,large zinnia,red bee balm,30 shrimp plants [differant varities],trumphet vines, wild honey suckle, [I dug up in the wild,the wild plant has more necter content] 15 red batface plants [ in hanging baskets,3 gallon pots elivated off the ground].I also have red fire buses, mexican heather,bottlebrush red,and butterfly bushes ect.these plants will do great for your gardens down south louisianna,and Attracts aii varieties of hummingbirds and Butterflys to your gardens.
