I still have 2 hummers coming to the feeder. Last night the temperature here in the White Mountains hit 37.8{my husband records temperatures here on-line} and this morning sure enough the 2 hummers showed up again at the feeder. We built our house in the mountains 3and 1/2 years ago and now have lots of flowers in our gardens. Could this be why they are hanging around? Last year they left in early September. I hope they leave soon and don't get stranded here, they would surely die here in the winter.
