I am back dating this post a few days. After a few days of a hard frost, only one female hummingbird was spotted on 9/14/11. Since then (it's now 9/17/11) I haven't seen any hummingbirds at all. I guess I will put the feeders and setting in for a long wait til spring. Today's weather, in the 40's, strong south wind, overcast.
