Two of my usual three are now gone. But I noted a new hummer down by my entrance gate to the farm which is a bit of distance from the plants of preference for the resident hummers. The new hummer was on my buddlehia- then left the farm, crossing until out of sight, over my neighbor's harvested corn field which is several hundred acres.
I have one "resident" hummer remaining who is still coming to the Black and blue salvia and torch tithonia by my patio each morning
