The hummers were quite active today defending their feeders - I wonder if they even had time to drink because they were constantly chasing one another performing death-defying dips and dives. My tiny friends were quite chatty today and hovered closed to me and chirped loudly about something. I just hope they weren't saying goodbye... yet.
