Hummers are still arriving and moving on. Last week's peak was on Wednesday when there were too many to count. Have to rely on how many times I fill the feeders in a day. Filled 3 16 oz. feeders twice (I don't fill up until almost dry) and added a 6th feeder. I have never seen it like this. All the activity attracted an oak snake to a nearby bare tree limb. I watched it for a day and a half, it seemed mesmerized by all the birds flying around. But I don't think it caught one. They knew it was there and would actually buzz it checking it out. I watched it leave finally, guess it got hungry.
Things have slowed this week, but still have 20-30 birds, and still filling feeders once a day.
