In my home garden, Monarch Waystation #271, I watched a female monarch laying eggs on my milkweeds in the front bed around Noon. Later in the day I saw a female monarch nectaring on Lantana in a nearby bed. Not sure it's the same one. It flew off to the east along the front of my building, and in a few minutes returned to nectar on the Lantana. She did not seem to act like a migrant.
