Second sighting for a single Monarch flitting in and around the plants and flowers in our front yard in the 1500 block of Maple St. in Santa Monica, CA. Also (don't know where to note this) today the 21 of September noted a Monarch caterpillar on a butterfly bush adjacent to our back walk. This bush has already been "home" to a series of Monarch caterpillars in the past couple years.
