I brought a caterpillar in a week and half agot. Now I have a chrysalis in an aquarium ready to emerge any day now. We are going to tag her in Portsmouth, NH.
Should I release the butterfly if it is a rainy day or wait a couple days for a sunny stretch. Should I put a bunch of flowers that butterflies land on in my yard every year in the aquarium.
Do I need to put sugar water in a little plastic lid too?
We are in for some rain this week, so worried that it will be cold and soggy to release the butterfly...Help with any advise appreciated.
