Saw a lone female around 6:30pm outside my patio window. Noticed a shadow go by and then saw her. She flew by the flowers and feeders and then she hovered in front of my patio slider screen for a few seconds looking at me and then she flew off. I don't know if she was around earlier in the day as I was not home and also was gone yesterday. It has been a little warm and humid the past few days. I hope she was able to feed either here or close by. I will leave my feeders out for a while longer in case of any more straglers. My last sighting didn't post on the site from last week when I had seen one I think it was on the 16th in the morning and then later in the day. Then I didn't see any again until today, but have been gone a lot lately and could have missed seeing them. I will miss them as they are so wonderful to observe. At least I saw the one today. Will miss them and wonder how they made out on their journey south.
