We added a 4th feeder to our patio because of the larger number of hummingbirds this year. We are regularly seeing 15-20 birds. They are a mix of buff-bellied and ruby-throated (both sexes.) It's remarkable that they come so close, even with 2-3 feet as we sit and watch them. We feel honored that they have been visiting us for a month now. We hope they will remember us on their return trip in the spring!
