Since Friday, Sept 23, I have not observed any female Rubies at my remaining two feeders. This report submitted Sept 26, 2011. I guess the migration from the North has been completed. My two feeders will remain for another week because the weather will be mild--just in case any young or weak individuals are migrating late. This was a good year and all five feeders were busy. I look forward to seeing more of them again next Spring.
