There hasn't been a day for the last two weeks that I haven't seen Monarchs in the garden. Today there were 6 there as soon as I walked outside. Two were mating and one female was laying eggs. I located two more very small caterpillars. The adults have been nectaring mostly on Clammyweed which is a change from previous years where it was mainly Gregg's Mistflower. I have also seen them on sunflowers and butterfly bush. They are getting well fed here.
