I have seen only a few butterflies since Sunday, until this evening. I saw 45-50 at 7:00 PM in 15 - 20 minutes. They were flitting and lofting in and out of flowers and up to the pecan trees. It has been so hot here, 97 degrees, that I thought the butterflies might fly on, but they are here - at least overnight. Is this round two?
