I guess this is a nonsighting report which I hope is good news. I last saw my female yesterday at about 5:30 pm. She tended to stay by the feeder near the apple tree. I was out working on that side of the yard and she seemed a little irritated with me. Last I saw her she flew between the pine trees. Unfortunately, the pine trees are the northern most preimeter of my yard. I hope that means she didn't go north as she seemed a little anxious and confused to me. Last night we had a pretty hard frost. She was not seen this morning. I hope she makes it!!! GOD SPEED!!!
