Second tagging trip for AZ Sonoran Desert Museum Docents today at Canelo Marsh - many tagging for the first time. Tagged 14 monarchs, most fresh and new. Also spotted 13 5th instar monarch caterpillars. Two hours in the field. The docents also found a very old, faded mating pair.
