Signs of Fall

Date: 10/02/2011

Number: 1

It is hard to believe we are in the Fall season with the weather being so warm and sunny but.....fall it is. The leaves have changed colours on all the trees and they are falling fast. Any high wind and we should see a big difference in the forest. I notice a growth in FROG activity. Leopard frogs are suddenly appearing and I hadn't seen any all summer. Blackbirds are flocking together. Hawks are everywhere. Mice are coming into the houses again to escape the cold nights.
