I was riding my bike on the canal that run parrallel to the Delaware River. Approx. 9:15
a.m. This big black bird swooped down approx. 15 ft above my head. I thought it was a Turkey Vulture. But, then I noticed the White Crown and then the tail was white. I watched it for another 20 secs. in flight ahead of me and then it disappeared into the trees. What a great experience. Never have I ever seen a Bald Eagle out of captivity.
