Had an immature male at my feeder and on my plants yesterday and today. He sits on the perch and spends some time taking long sips. I have seen him chase the few remaining bees that sometimes share the feeder. He is large, with a nice round belly. Last year at this time all my hummers were gone, but I'm hoping he stays a bit longer.
