Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 10/03/2011

Number: 2

2 female hummers spotted at 8am. Each claiming an individual feeder. Continual visits throughout the day from both hummers (assuming they were the same one's based on the feeders they went to and similar looks of the 2 morning visitors). Last visitation from each was at 7:30pm. One hit on the Rose-of-Sharon blooms, after which both flew to seperate bushes frequented by my departed regulars. Maybe they will roost for the evening and return in the morning. Expected temperatures 40 degrees tonight and 70 degrees tomorrow. Still many insects and spiders that they might feed upon present around the area.
