Just reporting now since I wanted to make sure of the last reported sighting. Three(3) females very plump, two have been here all season, last seen on 9/24/11. Feeding on flowers, feeders and spending the balance of the time sunning. As I walk about the yard and approach them, they are not frightened at all. Rain and cold weather moved in at night and have not seen them since. Have not spent much time in the yard so I am not aware of any passing Hummers that have stop'd to feed. As of this date 10/04/11 my feeders are still out and filled with fresh sugar water. They are missed already.
