I was on the Atlantic coast at a beach access site and saw monarch after monarch drifting west. Some were flying low and some were flying high. I have never seen so many monarchs pass through one location. I felt uplifted watching them as the last chrysalis at my home didn't make it. I was glad to see all of those that had made it. I wish them well on their journey.
