I had a swarm of 8 hummers trough mid September - am now down to one last female. Weather has turned to very cold nights, 38 degrees last weekend. I bring the two feeders in overnight to warm them. I have seen the one bird today -- but not feeding on the feeder. Perhaps she is still just defending her territory but thinks it is too cold to drink.
