12:30pm, 89 degrees, 13% humidity, sunny, windy from the south. The butterflies were headed south to the Chisos Mountains (less than a mile from our home). Our peak days were probably within the last 4 days, we think these are the stragglers. We are in the Chihuahuan Desert and we are in a drought, so it is hard for them to find food.
