Visitor Center Park - Ozona, Texas



Hundreds of monarchs on lush St Augustine grass, roosting in pecan trees, and flying around then landing in grass or up to pecan trees.

We were enveloped in monarchs. It was magical.

Editor's Note: Based on the observer's comment that there are "hundreds" of monarchs, we are estimating the count as at least 200 butterflies.
