Sighted a single monarch in the garden around 9 a.m., another single around noon at the farmers market and a single sighting around 2 p.m. at the local garden center. This was after our first week of thirties/forties at night and high of fifties/low sixties during the day. These sighting however appeared during unusual warmth coming up from the south with tempertures in the high seventies, low eighties.
