We planted our tulips about 4 inches down in the ground around our 3 Sisters Garden in grass, and outside our classroom window in woodchips. The garden gets the morning sun, and outside our classroom gets the afternoon sun. The temperature was 66 F and the weather is cloudy with a light breeze. We have already had our first frost.
