I saw a few monarchs hatch in our classroom and watched only one make it's crysalis it was a little disapointing at first.Over the weekend which was oct.2 i saw one fly right in front of me and one day a little bit after school i saw one flying over head. My teacher taught us that boys have scent glans but females do not but i never noticed what gender they where.I enjoyed seeing them grow since they about as big as an eyelash and i will always remember them! i hope that i can sometime raise some on my own!!
