Our first sighting of 2011 for a male Monarch. He looked a little worn, and was missing part of his left hind wing, but otherwise looked okay. Although I was able to take a picture (http://www.butterfliesandwildlife.com/2011/10/14/first-migrating-monarch-butterfly-of-2011-in-houston/) I was not able to tag him.

He was feeding on one of our Butterfly Bush plants.
