Now that the weather in northern Michigan is turning colder with temperatures not expected above 52 degrees for the next ten days, here are my observations from October 01 to the 15th. On 0ctober 09, I had a peak of 240+, PLUS 19 others for the period stated. My last monarch observed was October 13. Last year, my last monarch seen was on October 15, and I observed only 6. What a difference between 2010 and 2011!
